Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase (except for commissions). We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All Sales Are Final

Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and designs on this site are the original work of The Sunday Basket by Leonie and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchase of a print grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork in your home or personal space. It does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights.

Commission Work

Custom commission inquiries are subject to a separate agreement established prior to the start of any work. Commission terms, timelines, and payment schedules will be communicated directly.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
